They’re overly polite, British, and packed with catchy tunes: Marsicans is ready to be the next in line in the long list of successful British indiebands. After touring their own country for a while, the band is ready for a taste of international shows. On June 1st, James, Rob, Cale and Oliver played their first show outside the UK, in Sugarfactory, Amsterdam. LLUID spoke with the band about turtles, songs about being overly polite and their music without using the term ‘indie’: “we play pop music, but louder than it should be!”
